THEY ARE FAKE
I only purchased 20 credit and it became clear right away that none of the men answering my profile were legit and they are only interested in chatting via the paid site because it costs you 1 credit for every message, 10 credits for an email, etc. It ridiculous. The main goal is to sap you off as much money as possible and this site is run in a method I’ve never seen before. I’ve been on other membership dating apps and real, legit individuals are happy to move to WhatsApp or Kik in order to chat privately. None of the guys who answered my profile would chat outside of Eharmony.com, BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKE ! Probably during in a call center and tossing out pre-written messages in order to entice the paying party to text more and more. Plus, it was really suspicious that all the guys looked like GQ models. Real pics from real men, even if they are highly skilled professionals, don’t all look too good to be true. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is…..
So, the company is a scam and buyer beware. I even question the validity of the 4 and 5 star reviews. They’re probably planted by Eharmony.com employees.

A rippoff! Everything that anyone has read so far has happened to me.”scientific matching” with trolls or obvious scammers that don’t even have a basic command of the language. And every one wants me to contact them thru other email carriers, yahoo, facebook etc. Eharmony won’t get another $30.00 from me. I can’t wait to experience the abortion of unsubscribing.

Eharmony is very much a scam
I just signed up for eHarmony this month and I have two more months until my membership expires. I will NOT sign up again. The main reason is because of the lack of responses from women I have messaged. From what I have seen, if a woman doesn’t respond it is very likely that they have not been active on the site. So, I the unsuspecting user thinks that various profiles are active, when in reality they are not. This site is very much a scam, because the developers of eHarmony could easily change this feature to show which users have been active. However, if they change that feature, then that may mean less money for the company. Once users find out who isn’t active, they won’t waste their time or money. The scheme is quite unfortunate, because it is built on the hope of people finding the love of their life. I would never recommend eHarmony. Not only is the price not worth it, but the site itself could have been created with the user in mind. I have only received messages from 4 women. 3 out of 4 disappeared on me. It didn’t quite work out with one woman I messaged due to a disagreement about personal beliefs, but that aside, the message ratio has been quite low. I have received smiles from women I wasn’t interested in, and a few looks. Other than that, this site is complete junk! Don’t waste your time or money with this.

I have had issues
Although I have had issues with this website, it was more over the women I contacted rather than a short comming of this website, From my limited but wasteful experience at “other” sites, It is delivered without the scammers, mysterious email from people, etc.

Worse than this site actively interferes in your choices by suggesting what age people should seek, and get you locked in certain age against your choice. While acclaimed as one of the better sites, Eharmony shares the same algorithms as the worst of them. Visits, messages and matches are articles are “planted” I cannot tell you how many women I’ve sent a note never viewed me. I’m sure visits stack up for the women where men are eliminated on first sight. You would be surprised how many truly homely women there are. The majority of women have only one picture and no narrative. I’m leaving and after a thousand views without even being close to asking a woman out.

They cannot be responsible for what people post but their overall caliber of people is somewhat risky. They say one thing one time and something different next time. Never felt safe. When I tried to block someone it did not always work and if it did it took a few days. Again, didn’t feel safe.

After clicking w/ a very charming apparently “normal” guy for a couple of hrs, our conversation poof! Disappeared…twice! We were never able to reconnect. Then, I wasn’t even able to post my pictures or contact someone either via telephone or email. The site is a joke!

Just an awful app
Just an awful app. There is so few matches in your area to start. The app itself is useless and put off date. It buffers and doesn’t load. Then when you contact their customer service team they keep telling you to uninstall and reinstall the app. When you decide (very quickly) this isn’t worth the ridiculous amount of money being charged and try to cancel, you will be informed that it isn’t possible as per their terms and conditions.

I joined a while ago but wasn’t on there very often, but decided to login and check things out, I couldn’t login so I asked for a email with password reset, I never got it so I contacted the help page, I got an email saying sorry for your login issues we have manually sent you a password reset , I never got it glad I’m not wasting my money paying to be a part of this money grabber online website, which looks like because I’m not paying they don’t want me on there, fairly annoyed right now with the mediocre help I’ve received all I can say is don’t waste your time or money.

This app is an absolute scam. I’m not a bad looking guy and I have had success on other apps like tinder… over the past month I have had about 12 matches and 6 conversations started. All 6 of which were initiated with a gif or a simple “hi”. Most of those initiations didn’t respond to my first message and a day or two later showed as “deleted user” in my inbox. There are no real women on this app. Or if there is… they are not active. I spent $20 on spotlights and got an extra 3 likes which did not turn into matches. Just stay away and don’t waste your money.

No-refund policy
I wanted to cancel 24 hours after signing up because I bought their chips along with signing up. I have sent them three emails and have not replied at all. They just ignore my request. I will have a copy of all correspondence if needed. Even if there was a no-refund policy, they should at least have been advised.
